Well-founded compliance measures enable companies to ensure that their employees act in accordance with the law and reduce their own liability risks, especially those of their management bodies. Compliance measures now affect numerous areas of law. These include, in particular, antitrust law, data protection law and, more recently, measures relating to the Whistleblower Directive (whistleblower protection system). WGW supports clients in the development and maintenance of compliance management systems. We develop and maintain compliance frameworks such as the Code of Conduct. In addition, we train the management as well as the sales and purchasing departments of our clients in all compliance topics.
